Pumpkin Spiced Milk

Ingredients

3 Cups of Hygeia Whole Milk

¾ Cup of canned real pumpkin puree

2 Tbsp of maple syrup

1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice mix

1 tsp of vanilla extract

Whipped topping as an extra touch:

¼ Cup heavy whipping cream

1 Tbsp of confectioners’ sugar

¼ tsp of vanilla extract

How to

  1. Whisk Hygeia Whole Milk, canned real pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice mix, and vanilla extract in a sauce pan at a low heat and warm up until steamy but not boiling.
  2. In a bowl, whip together heaving Whipping Cream, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Once milk is combined, remove from heat, and taste to adjust the flavor. Pour in a mug, and top with whipped cream and more pumpkin. Enjoy!
